RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

To send any 2Embedcom SL product for repair or refund, you must request the RMA number (Return Material Authorization - Return Material Authorization).

This service facilitates and expedites tasks:

  • Sending equipment to our facilities for repair

  • Returning a product for any reason

  • Monitoring the state of repairs
