ZB-Connection: The ZigBee 'Plug&Play' solution from 4-noks

Wireless network for industrial applications

4-noks introduces the idea of a 'Plug&Play' network. This is, a ZigBee network easy and simple to install, with no special requirements.

4-noks has developed many ZigBee sensors and actuators for civilian and industrial applications, especifically for energy monitoring in buildings, metering and control.

Thanks to the ZB-Connection gateways ZB-Connection, Zigbee sensors and actuators, 4-noks can be connected to a PC using interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB or Ethernet and ModBus (RTU / TCP). The information collected from the network can be processed with a SCADA (Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition) or BMS (Building Management System). It is also possible to connect a PLC to perform advanced automatic control logic.

In order to keep the system as open as possible, a ZigBee-ModBus bridge is also available. This device allows you to connect third party ModBus devices to a ModBus device acting as master through the ZigBee network just using a gateway and a bridge from ZB-Connection.
