Fox LT is a new revision of the successful concept of Stepp III (over 5 years on the market) which translates into a terminal now more compact, lightweight and economical. Fox LT is fully compatible with all applications that work with Falcom AVL terminals and adds new features to other terminals. These included 500mAh battery backup, CAN high-speed connection and audio interface. |

Fox LT is set to become the new 2009 Falcom's flagship in AVL. The terminal meets the same benefits as Stepp III in a compact, optimized and still cheaper than Stepp III. It's fully compatible with applications developed for Stepp III and other Falcom terminals, and its implementation for any
integrator is simple and quick.
Fox LT incorporates a new u-Blox GPS receiver 5 of 50 channels with NMEA protocols support and with the possibility of assistance (A-GPS) online / offline mode.
Fox LT new features:
- Location of the SIM inside the unit, without external access to prevent sabotage or malfunction.
- Antenna connectors mounted "on wall" rather than the traditional solution with pigtails. It avoids the usual problem of wear on the links when connecting / disconnecting the antenna.
