The family of products CANgine was created in 2003 with CANgine No1, a generic converter CAN bus to RS232. This device has been used routinely in industrial automation environments. Some customers have used this product also J1939 protocols to convert to a stream of data series. |

During the last years different solutions have been added to the range to follow customer demand. The second device was already designed to withstand Fleet Management Standard, FMS, adopted by the major manufacturers of trucks in 2002.Recientemente the product range was extended with a Bluetooth option that allows connection to devices that use this bus in profile series.
